well i think it is impossible to remember because i have chaged it a lot, but maybe from right to left:
DIST->a bit more than a quarter
MID FREQ-> a bit less than a quarter
MIDDLE-> a bit less than a half
LOW-> three quarters
HIGH->a bit more than a half
And the volumen as you wish, but it depends of your clean channel settings, so try to search your own settings starting with these and messing around for a while
