I dont understand why he didnt just spread some peanit butter on the other slice of bread to hold it in place? Anyway...Ive read about these sandwiches in the Janet Evanovich books. Im intrigued...gotta try it now!

I make mine with green olives sliced in half and peanut butter on both slices of bread. I don't use as much pb as this guy. Just enough to spread on the slice of bread. And it is one of my favorites..

I love cooking tips that don't involve "cooking". For this recipe I'd have to go to Sam's and get a couple of gallons of peanut butter. Just curious, since peanut butter sticks to the roof of my mouth.... what do I wash it down with, red wine or white?
