Would you be willing to sell copies of your Weedhopper vidieos, I will be happy to provide you with an original photo of John Chotia and Vince Vittollo from Jackson NJ in Johns factory right before he was killed
I built mine in 78 or 79 the best I remember and then built one for my dad. The Weedhopper was certainly a forgiving plane and it forgave me countless times as I learned to fly it. Because of my lack of traing I should have been killed several times and in fact I nearly was but the little plane always wanted to fly. Thanks for these videos, they bring back great memories. I still have a sew-on Weedhopper patch from those days.
ho volato oltre 10 anni con questo aereo.mai una sorpresa.trainavo lo striscione per lavoro pubblicitario.che macchina .che macchina.la sicurezza di volare sensa scherzi.grazie a chi lo ha inventato.
I appreciate the work that went into your upload. I have imagined myself flying a Weedhopper for years. They fascinate me and now you gave me a great gift.
Sure glad you did this Shawn! You have brought back some fond memories and piece of Aviation history! Bill Thornton, Weedhopper factory owner, Joe Cauthen, Weedhopper National Sales manager, and Victor Meyers, Weedhopper Plant Supervsor. I complement and thank you! Vince Calhoun, Weedhopper 40 Deluxe owner, Aircraft 11UAF
