  • dude u and i can talk about ray ray's shooting form but have no right to grade and say he should do this and that. Simply because he is ray ray. I mean please

  • Great video guys. I don't understand why people coming at yall like that. You guys study the art of shooting the basketball. It not wrong to get paid for the information that you guys produce on a consistent basis. I'm big supporters of y'all work swish shooting is not conventional way of shooting but look at look shooting overall in basketball overall it is not many consistent shooters in the league mostly streak shooters. Steph Curry don't shoot that way, Diana Taurasi don't shoot that way.

  • @beast2032

Thanks bro. It means a lot

  • Not trying to be rude or anything, but the analyzing NBA players jumpshot is just a wrong idea.. The jumpshot they have got them into the NBA.. simple as that

  • Ray Allen should be the exception to bias analysis... the dude is the current 3-point made leader ... I suggest leaving him alone before you guys receive some hate from some fans

  • @fredo018

His 3 point accomplish is amazing. I agree. But, my grade for him was based on shooting consistency (ie. fg%). He gets hot and fairly streaky at times, but he still makes a LOT of 3's.

  • Hey what do you guys think of Chris Paul's shooting form in you guys could could you make a video dissecting his form?

  • Hey Eugene and Michael why did you make your E-book $24 I was SO happy that i found you guys and you do this. You guys have disappointed me because you guys are turning into the fake mainstream guru guys.

  • @KydVoo

The ebook was made for information purposes to coaches, parents and players. If the book isn't for you, then don't buy it. Many coaches have given me great reviews already on it and I feel the truly dedicated player would very much benefit from this book.

  • @TheShootersTouch What I don't understand is why your little ebook is more expensive than either Swish 1 or Swish 2 by Tim Nordland with whom your method was derived from. Please explain because I've been a subscriber and a follower since your first couple videos and witnessed your growth. You have the opportunity to do the shooting community a favor and a blessing by sharing the results of your training and methodology. I am quite disappointed that you would choose to go the monetary route.

  • @Ratebfh

Just like another close subscriber asked, this e-book was purposely written for the serious coach. It has many applicable suggestions and tools for coaches to use, as opposed to the previous e-book. Sorry if it bothered you that we were going monetary :(

We will always be posting these videos on Youtube and giving away a load of freebie info via email newsletter (like we usually do).

  • @Ratebfh

Also, there is a lot of new content that was not taught by Tom Nordland, even. I've learned from a lots mentors as well, not just Tom (although he was important). I don't even recommend in a concept he mentioned in his Swish 3 dvd (inertia), as setting early, I find, is more necessary.

    Michael

  • Do Nash, Curry, and Cp3.

  • I agree with @Ratebfh. Please analyze their shots. If not as a public video, then just a private video for me lol I've been trying to become a reliable shooter for 5 years and after all the failure I'm turning to you. Please.

  • analyze kobe bryant's shot

  • Thanks for the reply.

People used to tell me the form didn't matter as long as you put in the reps. Guess it is counter productive in the long run. One more question:

Is there a professional basketball player you model your shot after and that you watch and follow to become a better shooter.

  • @063446983

I don't model my shot after anyone. I just use what works and makes sense for consistent shooting. Just takes ideas and concepts from each player you feel shoots a fairly decent shooting% and play around with it.

    Eugene

  • Yeah, I liked the analysis.Keep the vids coming. Most of the time I miss left or right. The best reference point is aligned with the shooting eye and then pushing the arm towards the basket? Can the palm of the hand aligned with the shooting eye. Would that be enough?

  • @kobe24bryant81points

Try that out. I don't like to complicate it that much.

    Michael

  • Hi I LOVED this video that you guys did and I have a recommendation for you guys. Could you analyze Stephen Curry and Steve Nash. I feel that they have amongst the purest shots in the NBA.

  • @Ratebfh

I think they do too :)

  • Would you say that "proper form" or good form is better only because it minimalizes any variables that could potentially make you miss?

Because i think i understand the benefits of having good shooting for but i am comfortable with the way i shoot now. Do you think it would be better for me to change my form or just work on my form now and increase my shooting percentage by practicing more.

  • @063446983

Yes! Discovering new ways of improving your shooting form to minimize variables that increase difficulty and decrease accuracy is the main point. Practicing more is counterproductive. Work smarter, instead of harder. Read our free ebook. It's at our website. Eventually, you will find that your shooting mechanics are great when your shooting becomes easier and more predictable.

    Thanks for the question!

    Michael
