No That man does make a big effect in the plot line because if he had crated the gears then sol, Aria (Justice) would not of turned into gears, Dizzy never being born (uncertain), Ky never wuold of lead the Holy knights becuase they would not have existed and the characters would not have have some of the conextions they do have in the game

Forte.EXE doesn't die. In fact, one of his big things is not dying no matter what the hell you throw at him even when you're sure he's dead. Fuck, Luca Blight has like a hundred arrows planted all over him and he's still too preoccupied with using his dying moment's to crush Pilika's light-shining toy to use his full power on scum like you. Luca fucking Blight: When your only goal in life is to fuck up everything you can possibly reach.

But then we've got Sol and Justice, both of whom also were involved in that and have some actual compelling involvement with the story arc at hand and have characterization beyond "OOOO MYSTERIOUS PLANNER WITH LOTS OF POWER." The entire deal is that he's really not that interesting a character right now, being an untouchable, invincible anti-villain who seems to have some sort of epic plot that's so obscure and ambiguous going on, but he hasn't altered the status quo at all yet.
