She is 14.3, but since she is only four her withers have just started to come in, so I think she may top off at 15 or 15.1.

Unfortunately, she isn't. She has her pinto sire's typical horse coat :(
No curl, and it's regular horse hair, but she does have that awesome curly temperament :)
