I think the thing I love the most about this song, and Disturbed in general, is how Draiman sings the lyrics in such a way that you can hear them multiple ways. I always hear "Heaven just isn't hot enough", but I know friends of mine and the poster of the video hear "Living just isn't hard enough".

Here's a thought..actually pick up the bible and read Job. "this is the way I pray" It's what Job said to his friends who criticized he and tried to get him to repent, because they thought he "must have done something wrong") but in Disturbed's own words. Even though Job don't say that, read where he gives up..cause he finally does. He cursed the day he was born. He said let no joyful sound be heard on that day. the whole chorus is inspired by it..plus the "return to me YOU'VE MADE ME TURN AWAY!
