V Twins forever! FSF! (Fuck Straight Fours) my next bike will be an early model SV650S, half faired in yellow. Currently riding an '82 Honda CX500. Why we ride? if we had to explain they wouldn't understand!

SV's are awesome. On paper, they show how much of a budget bike Suzuki intended them to be, but they have such a MONSTROUS X-factor that I can't explain. I'm a proud owner of an '03 650s and I'm in love (coming from a guy who's had some fun on GSXR 1000's). Great vid. I'm required by law to like you since you're a fellow SV enthusiast.

Sv's. What a true classic! Agree with what was written too. Non riders constantly ask questions like "isnt it too hot / too cold / too dangerous/ too uncomfortable wearing a helmet ?". It's something they'll never understand, to be pushed by the hand of god at the flick of a wrist, to constantly refine your road martial art and seek out mechanical perfection, to constantly beat and dominate the odds and test your skills daily. Sure beats being stuck like a brick in a wall in traffic. Mortals..

Never smart, I know, but we've all had our moments. Sandles, shorts, and wifebeater on the back of an r6. Now that's a boy racer fashion that i've never understood. Its like "im so hardcore that I spit in the eye of safety" ?
@TCoops Thats why the gear manufacturers have started producing awesome designed leathers and helmets, so you would actualy look much better all geared up than if you are not wearing anything.And I think it works, but some people never understand.It's their choice though.They all sorry aftermath...................but it's too late!

@RTiCreation I have an 02 sv and like you I came from a bigger inline 4 (zx10). I still have my zx but nothing puts a smile on my face like my sv.
