It's a "Standalone Expansion", but I'd say it holds about 20% more content, more importantly, "hand-made" side quests, they're of great quality, no run and fetch crap. Also, uses DX11, looks pretty nice, and it reveals a lot about the first two, it's actually pretty cool if you're a fan, you'll be getting answers to many questions from the first two. It's far more optimized than the others, if you have a nice modern gaming rig it looks fantastic and in all cases capable of high frame rates.

It's almost like Oblivion Lost. Now they've added Burer and Chimera to the game. I wonder if Izlom will be added aswell. Overall, looks like a good game. Not too much different, though.

Again for non-russian speakers:

1.The maps will be bigger then any other previous map,

2.There will be more antidotes, besides the

Med kits, antiradiation, and bandages.

3.All of the side missions will be hand made,

and not generated by the game.

4.Now you can be in good relations with bandits.

5.Weapon upgrading system is updated.

6.The monster now try to attack from behind.

7.The anomalies are now in special locations, and not placed randomly on the map.

• There is also a hunger meter you will have to deplete. (by eating of course)

• The game-play during the nights will be more dangerous (much more mutants are at night).

• Healing is no longer instant, but gradual.

To avoid the unfair advantage of using many med-kits one by one and staying invulnerable to skip some parts of the game.

• The levels / maps are far more larger than from previous games.

• Stalkers will be more mobile, they will go out for battles, or in search for artifacts. They can also pick up artifacts from anomalies. If you're too late, you can always trade with the stalker or just kill them

• Almost every stalker is now a guide too. (a guide leads you to any part of the zone you've previously been into, to avoid frustrating long walks).

• You will have a sleep meter that you will need to deplete, by sleeping. (only possible at safe locations, e.g. a friendly base)

You can actually wear helmets or gas masks now!? Cool. I saw above the suit is a slot for ur head like in Diablo or Titan queast ect. I have the first 2 and hope that this on will have better game play. Like the glitches or bugs being greatly reduced for example when you take cover your buddy or a NPC will come and displace your character where he was a munite ago. Know what I mean or the grenades landing 100% Precisely where you are hiding from a 100meters away!! XD!!

They will try to mix the best elements of the two previous games and also some brand new elements. Yes, the mask has it's own slot now. Also both weapon slots are universal, which means you can have two assault rifles instead of a rifle and a pistol. Also they have more people testing this game, even now as we speak the game is being heavily tested for bugs. However there is no guarantee that the game will be bug-free.

What do you mean by "casual?" I know plenty of people who don't play too much, but play sometimes when they're bored or if they think the game looks interesting. Many of these people are intelligent. What's wrong with people casually playing games?

Wrong with casuanals is that there are more and more of them.

They usually don't play games, which need to feel the game, the deep, the plot, and gameplay is quite difficult, press to think on every move. But there are more and more of them, and they give more money to developers and publishers, so then they are making casual games, which are much worse because of that. The're too easy, short, and usually without sense.

I don't know I said what I think completely, my english isn't the best.

so dont play those games that you don't like, and just put your time on playing games that are worthwhile, like stalker. but don't say that all the people that play games casually suck, because not all of us play those senseless videogames. I love S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and almost all fps games, like mirrosr's edge, or doom and hitman. and because I don't play that much I do take quite a lot of time to finish those games, but i finish them.
