Cached means to have a saved image of the website homepage so the only way it's gonna work is if somehow that computer had a saved image of the homepage witch I doubt because when a school buys a computer they block websites from the start making this way not only confusing, but down right retarded.

@taikenmm the thing is , u have to open a port in ur wirelss system (if it's a wifi) or u jsut open the internet setting port and add in the address of the facebook page of vietnam, the whole concept is like this: U found urself locked in front of the gate to facebook, so u decided to take the KEY and open it....and about the address, u shud google the facebook address of vietnam .
