  • Ed Ford approves.

  • now thats a good marinade. Did you try it with pork?

  • can someone plz explain the ingrediants plz? what is Oj, the juice like thing.? and other stuff plz plz

  • Dude the only thing that he did wrong in this video was putting the tortillas in the microwave.. They would of been much better on the grill..

  • @DaJessMan

erm maybe his microwave has a built in grill

  • haaha thats all i can say

  • this was the video i saw a long time ago

  • love central market !

  • hey, I tried this last easter sunday could not stop getting good compliments it was great thanks bro

  • central market!! Are you from Austin?

  • i am going to try your marinade for my fajitas i am going to stick with regular homemade refried beans (i am not mexican but my husband is and i have learned that beans are sooooo easy to make!!)

  • I can tell your bringing your mexican friends over.......J/K!!! I love Fajitas of all kinds, Shrimp, Chicken, Beef....it all sounds so juicy!! Good Vid!

  • A man who cooks.. that's what I'm talking about! :D Great video.

  • good music!

    Food looks good too

  • skirt steak is the best for fajitas, try a dry rub instead, the added moisture causes the meat to steam and you won't get a nice char

  • looks good, not as good as mine dude,

  • If you are going to fire up the grill for this one I'd suggest putting green bell peppers and onions in foil and put them in the BBQ pit on the warmer rack. Soy sauce makes a great marinade as well, and FYI yes it is a skirt steak that he used to make the fajitas. For soft flour tortillas place them in a damp paper towel and warm up for a few seconds in the microwave. The moisture will make them very supple.

  • Looks delicious. I like it made with skirt steak and I add soy sauce to the marinade which I think brings out the "beefy" flavor. Great editing job on that video btw!

  • One big suggestion. Use Fajita meat. Not sirloin, or london broil, or flank steak. Use Fajita meat.

  • One suggestion bro. buy the frozen flour tourtillas they run like under $2.00 you can cook them on a hot skillet and tast like homemade.. real good.. like your receipt.

  • used your marinade!my god man it was manna from heaven!5*

  • Just one thing ---- you called it "fajita meat". What type/cut of beef are we talkin'? Was that a london broil? A skirt steak? chuck? What type of meat did you use there?

  • Cool Vid Bro. How come no sour cream? Guacamole? Salsa?

  • that looks so good man keep it up!!

    Man especially the steak dude

ah I can't help it, I'm going to make one right now lol

  • I used your marinade recipe for chicken fajitas, and they were really good! thanks!
