I still think it's not a fake one. I agree that his fingers look weird and aren't like always. But it's a price to pay when doing dark pictures - the contrast sometimes suffers from illuminating white.
And if sb was to make this one a fake picture, differences would be noticeable around his neck, where the faces ends, as the body is supposed to be someone else's.

No, it is a photo manipulation. Those are definitely NOT his hands. He has long slender fingers.
