Authorities released the video Monday, showing what happened to 42-year-old Pablo Gilberto Valenzuela on May 26. He suffered a broken jaw and bruised eyes.

Latorre, 59, was charged with four counts of distribution of heroin, possession of heroin, school zone violations and conspiracy. I try to stay positive, but it's hard when people want you to rot when they dont know what happened other than what was written in a newspaper. I live happily with my partner who helps me cope with the mental fucking they did to me, but what goes around comes around. The dept where it happened is already in trouble for stealing money
