I eat meat, but from owning goats I can say that I'd never eat goat. They are too cute and have to much of a personality. I love my goats and they are my pets. BTW Buddy is such a cute little Boer!! =D
are you sure that's not a dog? he is so amazing. is he your pet like full-time? how does one get a goat as a pet? do you provide some hay and outdoor space for him? what's the bell for?
goats are pretty easy pets, when looked after correctly. you can feed a diet of appropriate hay, and always clean water. they need companions, never house them alone. the males get REALLY smelly if not "fixed". They need lots of room and shelter.
I wish the same. I hope a day will come when people will see the light -- and stop abusing the world around them, not just animals. But animals definitely get it especially bad. Change will come with concerted effort from those who really care combined with a general awakening within humanity. Hopefully, in my own lifetime!
@binashraf I think the start is for people to stop killing animals. We execute them, daily, by the millions. The minute we stop thinking of any form of sentient life as disposable, we will see more value in EACH OTHER. That is the truth.
