Its horrible that you are all listening to sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji's kalam, the man that said caste, creed, color is nothing and debating what a jatt is or what links them. this is written by a jatt, that is 16 years old, younger than you. good job, you should all be ashamed

Wah Re Wah mere Yaar kamaal kar di ..jeonda rahe tera jalwa ..sikhs hindus muslims punjabis are one and the same people , we share more than what small differences we may have....replace the word Mado with Allah, Muhamad or Bhagwaan and it makes no difference to the message ..what are we quarreling about....
By the Grace of Guru Granth Sahib, I recently realised that Guru Nanak was actually shadow of God, he was born enlightened by the grace of God to enlighten us human beings,Akal purkh himself was Guru Nanak's guru, I realised it late but atleast I realised that he is the true Guru, now I know whenever I recite japuji sahib I feel myself very close to God
someof you are very fortunate that you guys live in/close to Guru Nanak's pind or city, I bet you can still feel Guru Nanak's fragrance over there, I am jealous
@Asif410 !! oye Veer meriaa Asifa ! you damn tell me how I will not love and respect you, ,Khurshid2005 and his good wife, bless his all family, and all brothers and respected sisters, who commented so wonderfully. God bless you all and Saqib ji and Ali Khan ji. Khurshid ji, one personal request to you bro. Next when you visit Janam Asthan, please pay my respect in your words. my whole family and myself thank you in advance on our knees. Salam - SSA.
Wah g wah Shafqat Ali Khan ji tusi te kamal kar deta hai....Hy any one here from Qila Didar singh (Just near a gujrawala)..My Grand family migrated from there to Haryana
Actually Guru Arjun Dev was the 5th Guru and this shabad can be found under Sorath Mahala 5th in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib (Ang 613). Guru Har Krishan was the 8th Guru.
ji, this is actually written by the fifth guru, Guru Arjun Dev ji, not Guru Nanak Dev ji. perhaps Kalam Guru Arjun dev would be a more accurate title?
brother this world is changing and the pupil like u are the one who have been appreciated for praising everyone.
thanks, thanks very much.
even I as sikh don't have senses to follow my religion comletely. It will give me senses and understandind and is opening my eyes as well. I am proud of my religion but will be happy when I am complete SIKH of my Guru.
@DjSonu Sahiwal is in a area called the "Sandal Bar", so many tough Jatts lived in this area and it was known as one of the biggest Punjabi Jatt strongholds to foreign invaders...because before they could get to the big cities like Lahore and Amristar they had to make it through the Sandal Bar Jatt tribes
Of course partition is so fucked up, but the fact that your forfathers came from such a great area is something to be proud about
btw, I think i bought one of your CDs from Missisauga!
brother, who i m. I m not dividing anyone. I believe in equality and respect everyone, even muslims. u r my fred as well. The state of my mind was very deep at that time.

@realjattt oye veer you have to consider that majority of Jatts of Punjab were once Hindu....a lot originate from Rajput Hindu tribes, such as Bhatti and Chauhan.
But than again, some Jatts of Punjab have NO Hindu ties at all and are entirely Sikh or Muslim...for example: Basra, Warraich, Brar, Sidhu etc..
its a very mixed up topic, regardless...Jatts have ruled Punjab and are completely independent of Hindu Jatts and have been for centuries.
@BurntToast187 great post brother. we need more people like you in the world. who wants their children to grow up in a world filled with so much hatred. thumbs up.
Im a open minded Sufi, the real Punjabi Sikhs and real Punjabi Muslims have always got along since the times of Guru Nanak, I have studied the Sikh-Muslim relationship in great depth, my own 4th great grandfather was a Muslim Rajput artillery officer in Ranjit Singh's army.

Can you (or someone else) please translate the whole Shabad. It is beautiful regardless of whether someone understands it or not but to know what it means will make it intoxicating. Thanks.
