A little sugar never hurt anyone. Julia Child always said it's not what you eat it's how much of it. Go ahead and have the rich dessert and balance it out with healthy fruits and vegetables. I have no intentions of depriving myself of a rich dessert. Miss Jolene is such a character. She always makes me laugh with her down home accent. Just love her.
