hello and good day to you brother im from philippines and someone selling this acer k10 for a cheaper price, do u think this is good for gaming and home cinema use? please reply asap, thanks!
it's really great.. but you can't put the resolution to high.. then it will be less sharp.. it's flicker free and no color reflextions i think because of the dlp processor..
@qYp88 No, The resolution is SVGA (854x600). This is ideal for watching HD480p Movies. Setting the resolution to 1600x1200 may barely affect the picture.
well in bright conditions.. it has a little down side.. and it's a little noisy but.. overal it's a super product.. :) for the price.. i mean a beamer lamp price is between 150 and 270 euro's ...and that in 3 months use.. i use the led beamer now everyday as my standard monitor.. and it really rocks.. :)
got one here in Japan. Got a 150cm x 90 cm screen going (apx 60inchesx30) running in 16:9 Works pretty well in the house. Works great with games and movies in dim to dark enviroments. Not too great for viewing desktop applications. Widest I have had it was at a local bar for an event. had a 7ft screen on a wall with it. Looked fine for basic viewing for my DJ setup.
I will have to make a modification for a wired on/off switch to make turning on and off easier, quick solder job will do.
this beamer has a range about 60 or 65 inches.i just bought one and it plays very well on game consoles..but better with a laptop of pc cause you can play with the gpu settings for better image quality

Quite responsive!! I think its ok device for 300 Euros.. Brightness seems ok in dark but i cant tell in bright conditions. Does it make much noise?
