How disappointing that The Psychedelic furs have to rely on a bunch of third raters to get a little of the recognition they thoroughly deserve. Imho, The Killers, along with the likes of Franz Ferdinand wouldn't have been considered good enough to have got signed in the late 70's/early 80's. Brandon Flowers sounds bloody awful by the way! However, credit to The Killers for giving The Furs the chance to reach a wider/younger audience, although of course it does their credibility no harm either.

@comeon224 Great fucked up comment. If you know a thing or two about concert photography you would know that red or pink lighting throws off the white balance.

@markjleonard I know what the person was referring to but the camera can't focus if the lighting throws off the white balance and the whole stage was pink so that's the reason why the camera was having a hard time focusing on the stage.

I think Brandon's voice is really versatile - not the most "trained" voice but to me that is part of its charm.

really lucky! :) this crowd was really good, i think you may be getting confused with the now infamous santa barbara crowd. the los angeles crowd seem energetic to me. :) most of them were standing up and dancing the whole show.
