@talstory i think you are right. He could even win the queen by playing Nxe4 fxe4 Lxe4+ and after Ka1 Rc2 and the queen has no square to escape. This would have been an easy win.

At 3:33 y not take the pawn on E4 with knight on C5? It can be captured only with pawn on f3, but it is not possible to capture, as there will be a pin of king and rook later on. So black will get initiative, 2 pawns and a rook for a knight and bishop.

It doesnt help, the king just moves. There is no further checks or any tricks that Polgar can play at that stage to get out of it.

I would see that as a good move, no? f8=N+, Ke7, Ng6+, Kd7, Qxg2, Qxg2+, Kxg2... Woudn't Polgar be a knight up?
