I'm sure mercedes wil adapt that "new technology" and put it in the S class and instead of a touch screen, you'll be using an iDrive like system (forgot what It was called). Then other luxury car manifacturers mainly Audi and BMW will do the same and after a few years, it will be available as an option to most cars.

Yeah! back in the 90's, you only get airbags as an option. Now there are cars with airbags as standard. I can't really say everything in the modern day car though. Some cars including the S class has a knob to control the Computer System which originated from BMW and the Night Vision System originated from General Motors.

They sometimes don't invent but revolutionize. It's something they do that sets them as a benchmark for other manifacturers.

About the Ford Raptor thing they had in the beginning; who in their right mind would get that over the Bowler Wildcat? It is five grand cheaper, road legal, and above all, faster. And from what I've seen and read, it is just as good,if not better, off road.

and no, the Wildcat isn't offered in the states. therefore, since the Raptor isn't offered in Europe, then i don't know why you brought it up that someone should get it over the Raptor.
