You really nailed it with this song. My husband has served three tours overseas, and he came back a completely changed man after a few encounters with IEDs and a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Even with him home, this song still hits home. I miss him when he's gone and I miss him when he's home.

I was married to a service member for 20 years after the war he changed and even with all the counseling I went through I could not hold our marriage together. If only he would see that he needs help for what he went through.. We could be together today and happy like we were before the war... I still love him and pray that one day he will get the help that he needs.. Thank you so much for your songs I have sent them to him and hope that just maybe it will help to open his eyes..

so this song makes me sad. Every time I go on here to listen to the music it makes me miss my husband even more. Not a moment goes by I don't think of him. I lost to him for not enought knowledge of PTSD from the VA..I thing the VA needs to listen a little more to the guys that have PTSD instead of giving them medication..If they would of listened my husband would be with me today
