Local drivers drive these routes many times every day, even then that was really dangerous driving. Cops can do nothing except talk to the owner of the bus, Bus Owner don't want to loose the revenue, so bribe comes into the picture.

Unless something happend to the bike person on the side of the road, police never interfere.
