Parkour is not a "French free-running". Parkour was invented first, with the purpose of getting from point A to point B as fast as possible by conquering the obstacles along the way. Parkour is all about efficiency, and no true Traceur does tricks and whatnot. Free-running is totally different in that it is all tricks, and has nothing to do with efficiency, but with style.

Parkour is usually the sort of tricky stuff like the things you would never normally do like flips, where as free runinng is going from a to b doing a line as quick as possible so probs no flippy bits that would slow you down

im pretty ok at pivot but im struggling to get my pivot videos on to youtube.

im trying not to use an unregistered hypercam as the quality is often sloppy

if any1 had any other suggestions i would be really grateful

lol indeed i was in january but i ahve gotten alot better just havent added anything to youtube. You dont need to use the hypercam just save the file as .gif file and then you can upload it onto youtube for the best quality. Have fun and good luck!
