This is not a medical centre. A medical centre is where doctors heal people. Doctors pledge something called the hippocratic oath. Part of that oath is to swear that they will not cut away/remove healthy tissue.

Abortion is a clear violation of the hippocratic oath. While these qualified doctors perform this kind of procedure, they are not acting as doctors. If this clinic only specialises in abortions it is not a medical centre.

While a small handful of foetuses have been terminally ill or will affect the health of the mother if carried full term the vast majority of abortions have been of healthy foetuses for social reasons, therefore against the hippocratic oath. You cannot call that a medical procedure, you cannot call the people who perform abortions doctors and you cannot call this a medical centre.

This can be seen in the case of a pregnant woman who is hit and miscarries and the man is FINED, not punished for a murder. If the people directly voted on judges, the highest law in the land obviously could not be interpreted free from their social whims and influence. The ruling itself is a legitimate matter of debate, but underscoring "NON-ELECTED" is rejecting constitutional law altogether. Is that one of the aims of the pro-life movement? If judges ruled the unborn are protected persons under the 14th Amendment, how many pro-lifers would maintain that emphasis? My granddaugthters, Savannah and Haley were born Dec. 17th, 2008. they each weighed 580 grams. (1 lb. 4 oz.). Haley lived 8 days and died on Christmas day right around noon.

Savannah got down to 14 oz. She started to gain weight and the first week of March they were talking of sending her home. She got pneumonia. With 3 masses and many prayers offered she recovered and came home in the wee hours of Easter morning.
