  • Multi-vitamin will do me fine, thanks.

  • I have never seen a commercial pill that provides organic selenium, organic germanium and organic rose hips all together. Can you direct me to a good source? Dr. Clark's point was that our immune systems need the nutrients in their natural, complex form in actual foods like nuts and rose hips. Isolated nutrients, or worse, synthetic "nutrients" are not nearly as effective biologically because our amazing self-healing bodies are designed to work with real natural foods as fuel.

  • Is there any evidence that increasing your white blood count (WBC) will PREVENT cancer? I doubt it. The pathology of some cancers causes a low WBC, it's not that your WBC was low, so you got cancer. A healthy body is capable of maintaining the WBC within a normal range. Increasing WBC outside of this range is probably detrimental to your health (think autoimmune disorder), so I don't think it's likely that these supplements work to do that, otherwise you would be more likely causing illness.

  • Dr. Clark was NOT talking about increasing the NUMBER of WBCs, but rather their health and vitality levels. Without these three key nutrients, they are not equipped to do their best work in protecting us against all types of invaders in our blood. Since she recommends specific FOODS in this video, I do not think that there is any risk of cancer or disease from feeding our WBCs this way. See BestZapper(dot) com for another safe, simple way to increase the vitality of our immune systems.

  • I was told my white blood cell count was low 3months ago..they said if I kept feeling sick to go back..ugh. what does this mean?

  • The WBC count is only part of the info you need. If you feed the WBCs you DO have, and use an immune stimulator like the AutoZap 5, you can expect to see your immune system do its very best work to help you heal and thrive. See Dr Hulda Clark's Action Plan at HuldaClarkActionPlan(dot)com for detailed, step by step help.

  • Cause i have eaten alot of them and i hope they were good for me.

  • Arn't Brazil nuts radioactive?

  • Not usually. Why do you ask?

  • thanks for the info! :-)

  • Not the ones we eat. But to be sure, I just put a pound of our organic Brazil nuts onto the Geiger counter and found that the count rate was unchanged from its usual background of about 35 - 40 counts per minute. I saw from 18 to 56 CPM displayed over several minutes. I cannot speak for the nuts in your area, but I do not think radioactivity is a serious concern for Brazil nuts in general, or Dr. Clark would have picked it up with her trusty Inspector Geiger counter. Blessings! Arthur

  • this is pretty kickass info ima go eat some almonds now :D

  • thnx for that man wen i grow up i will be a scientist

  • I also take betaglucans 1.3, IP-6 + Inositol and glyconutrients to enhance immunity, and it really works. Other things I take that are VERY important for the immune system are: Alpha lipoic acid, N-acetyl L -Cysteine, Ionic Zinc, Oil of Oregano, Coconut Oil, Neem leaf extract, Cat's claw, Olive leaf extract, Turmeric 95% curcumin, Resveratrol, Golden Seal, Elderberry- Sambucus, Serrapeptase, Omega-3, antioxidants in general. I've had amazing results with all of this.

  • Wonderful, useful, MUST have information for a better health.

  • Thank you, and god bless you too!

  • Lol, I was born in Brazil and I'm allergic to Brazil nuts. I just discovered about a month ago. I ate one and it got really hard to breathe and i felt really itchy. I could almost feel my throat touching itself it closed up so bad. I only ate one too. I'll stick to cannabis and my zapper that I just got today.

  • You may find that the allergy will go after regular zapping for a while. Another cool trick is the zappicate food for 15 minutes (see my videos on the SuperZappicator at BestZapper . com), because Dr. Clark found that this neutralized a lot of food allergens. Let me know what you find!

  • Thanks for this information...

  • Get a rose bush, the nice smelling kind, with four petals. The rosehips become big, fat and dark red in late autum. Hmmm, natuuuuure.

  • Thanks for the info. Rose Hip tea is easily available at your health food store, to make it easier.

  • Great upload, excellent informatoin.

  • Yes, the currants she uses are like small dry raisins.

  • Those currant are like raisins or dry?
