I would say dust or lent. I have captured this many times and have tested a camera in my laundry room and have captured the same light phenomenon. Just my opinion.

It's actually pretty boring for the most part. But sometimes you can just feel the place change when there is activity flowing in the air. Really weird and hard to explain! Thanks for commenting!!

No problem, things like this always catch my attention, I watch Ghost Hunters on Sci Fi when I get a chance so I get an idea of how long the process is.
