@wcbrookinz101 it does sound like a 4.0 wish I never bought the exhaust but this spring im putting torque monster headers, removing the rear cats and putting a magnaflow 40 series in place of the gibson exhaust.

The truck really only sounds good when hauling ass.

@scrogathon I beg to differ, I just bought a 1997 AWD V8 Limited, It still has the stock exhaust and It sounds mean as shit!!! I'll post a video in the next day or two!!! BTW the 5.0 (302) Outruns all the Tahoe's and Suburbans W the 350's!

@scrogathon Not trying to put ya down at all buddy but it sounds really distorted!! I would try flowmasters!!!!!!!! Makes a 5.0 sound mean!!!!!!!!!!
