wtf are you talking about. Gambler won BOTY Korea 2003 and went to Germany but got 3rd place. in 2004 they won BOTY Korea again and went to Germany and won that one too. Then they entered in BOTY 2005 in Germany again because they were defending championship. you CAN enter after the year you win.
