You should try fibersure, too. It dissolves easily and it won't taste it at all. You'll get 5grams of fiber per teaspoon. Make sure you drink plenty of water if you try it.
I am with you girl. I love that you are forgiving yourself more, that is really the key to success. I forgive myself everyday for EVERYTHING lol, not just mistakes with eating. I am starting a 90-day fitness challenge on Feb. 1st also, so I'm excited to hear you are. Girl you had me rollin when you mentioned the new snickers. I'm on a 21 day Daniel fast and I was just complaining about how they are coming out with new candy while I'm fasting, but belive me when I say on sunday when this is over I will be getting two of them. lol

have you tried Weight Watchers because it works and your not totally limiting yourself. You can have a little bit of everything.I am on it right now and its working for me and its not that expensive $39.99 a month and you can go to meeting and get support from others who are going through what your going through. And yes! you can have a cookie. I exercise one hour a day/or class for 45 minutes and the weight will come off.
