You need feeling to play the blues.... something which he lacks. Blues isn't meant to be be fast, it's meant to be played with your heart. But I suppose none of you Yngwie fans can understand that, as all you understand is shreading.

it was really good, he can probably try and actually do a couple of bluesy songs, i wonder what ideas and techniques hell do besides the fucking tapping he did and that other one(dont know whats it called) my point is itll be interesting to see what things hell do in those bluesy songs but idk if he should stick to bluesy stuff....idk.........

haha. if you use Malmsteen to teach you the blues, you will probably fail. Blues is NOT about playing faster than hell and thinking you're the god of guitars.
@tomcw123rules he did if you were up too speed a little but if your not able to understand you shouldnt be looking at shred vids for teachings its years to get this talented, start slow and build
umm hes using flat fives? thats the blues scale, he just prashes it his own way, he even through down a seventh chord a few times in there. i don't think the point is to teach how to sound like buddy guy, hes trying to show how to shred up the blues, its what he does, if you dont like it, why watch it?
i watched to see if i liked it and i didnt so i voiced my opinion, once i clicked i had no choice. now i play guitar and i realize that this is very hard and its pretty amazing!
