The guy's name is Kapanadze. He admits he bought the idea from an employee of the former Soviet Academy of Sciences. Don Smith also said he gave this info to the Russians. Patrick Kelly in his free pdf book (Google him - free energy) details the circuit. I've been told by reliable sources that he's recently been stitched up by a Swedish firm with a devious contract he can't get out of. He doesn't have the cash to sue. Unfortunately, those who have replicated this circuit won't tell.
