snow leopard working script (i recoded it): works 100%:
set login to "./ventrilo_srv" as text
tell application "Terminal" to do script "cd Desktop" in first window
tell application "Terminal" to do script "cd ventsrv" in first window

How do you know what the vent login info is with the client to log into the server? That's where I'm suck. This is a great video

may need to make sure that you go to system prefs>Universal Access>enable access for assistive devices. Make sure it's checked, then try again.

No need to get angry, first remember this is a video response... the video I responded to is linked under my video. Also the home folder is the one that is your name by default. For example at 2:35 it is the folder on the very left that says danherdegen, tho for you it will be something different. However the icon should be the same.
