Suzanne, I don't think you need to worry. I am sure no one in the Vancouver area at least, and probably in all of BC as well as most Canadians and many people around the world will never forget this story. How could one, once they had heard it? No one with a heart could. Robert will not be forgotten.
Just a slight correction. He was tased once before falling to the floor, then tased 4 more times while down with four thugs in RCMP uniforms simutaneously battered, bound and sat on him, cutting off his air supply. Yes, they were real RCMP but not the kind of RCMP any Canadian could be proud of.
Please remember Robert and his mother and help his mother in her fight for justice. Justice costs money so please attend the dinner in the support for this battle.

Cover-up, manipulation and blame the victims alleged history of alcohol abuse even though toxicology results showed none in his system at the time of death makes me wonder where the justice is. In addition, one of those law protectors killed later another person while driving under the influence of alcohol. Justice is blind and can be bought.

I just wanted to thank you Suzanne......for being sensitive...for reaching out....for being a model human being.
Its so sad to see people treating other people with such disdain today more than ever.
I agree that someone could have asked him "How are you"?.....im torn remembering that incident.
