And the investigation as to if speed was a factor has to do with the cause of the crash, not the injuries to the driver dumb ass. Would the crash still have occured if he was driving slower? If the answer is yes, then speed was not a factor in the crash. And this was not a result of a police chase. Just lucky to be at that spot in the road at that time.
