  • On faces of death, they show all of the peoples body parts that scattered around the area...

  • @lmfecher you went through everyone on the list? And how did you know which of the results was the person from the list?

  • @gokc1

Google "9/11 victims list". Compare each name against the Social Security Death Index. Type in a name and 9/11/01 as the date of death. You'll see that out of the 3,000 "victims", only 324 show up as dying on 9/11.

  • Thanks for posting this video. The 33rd anniversary of the crash is Sunday, September 25th. I produced a documentary about the crash. You can watch the preview for it on my youtube page. "Return To Dwight And Nile: The Crash of PSA Flight 182".

  • This was the worst U.S. air disaster until exactly 8 months later when American Airlines Flight #191 crashed on takeoff from OHare Airport in my hometown of Chicago on May 25th, 1979.

  • To this day they still don't know why the cessna was heading 090

  • That image at the end must have been during an explanation of what happened because the cessna should have been heading 070 but it was really 090 the exact heading as the 727. The NTSB said that if the cessna was traveling it's assigned heading (070) the accident never would have occurred.

  • Cont.... I asked the family why they were getting rid of this. They said they honestly didn't know what to do with it. They sold it to me for $2.00 . I instantly thought to myself that this needs to be in an air museum in San Diego. I now have the peices and I was wondering if anybody can tell me of an air museum in that area? There are 6 copies of the same newspaper that also serves as a memorial to everyone who passed away. I cannot keep this. My heart is telling me this does not belong to me.

  • @WiseWoman007

hello, contact the san diego aerospace museum, they will probably put some of the items on display or in a memorial..

  • I went to an estate sale today. It was a house that was occupied by one of the journalists who lived in San Diego and reported on it. I saw a box in the corner of his house. Inside of the box was a newspaper that had a picture of the plane going down in flames. Under the newspaper was peices of twisted metal, a door knob, a lock that was busted off a peice of luggage and a bunch of other misc peices. Each peice is labeled "PSA Flight 182-1978". cont....

  • @40390576 - posted on wrong board.

  • trusting that 911 flight #11 was the work of some illiterate arab is delusional. Imagine driving a sportscar 560 MPH and trying to get it in your one car garage without touching either side of the garage. No pilot has been able to duplicate Flight #11 on a sim. Any 10 yr old kid can figure out this was a false flag based solely on Bushes actions to prevent an investigation. Bush stole both elections, he was not the President. Read about Mike connell, the man ABOUT to talk to the

    Grand Jury!

  • I witnessed this from impact all the way to the ground. I had just had my tire repaired on my Whisper Chipper on Boundary St. when I heard a loud deflation in the sky. For anyone that was there it was a terrible scene. I drove near the sight and used my highranger bucket to look over the area. I was a tree trimmer for Asplundh back in 1978. If the union trib does another interview, I'd like to tell my story.

  • I'll never ever forget this accident. I was a student at University of San Diego High School in Linda Vista, which is a promontory on the other side of Mission Valley from the mesa which contains North Park. I saw the black mushroom cloud rise into the sky and wondered if it were a fire triggered by the hot Santa Ana winds. A few minutes later, in class, I learned the awful truth that two airplanes had collided over our city.

  • Who's that telephone/time lady in the background? Very eeery...

  • @mlex169 Thats a 70's version of a time stamp...It verifies the time of all transmissions.

  • apparently he says more in the middle of that weird noise in the last 20 seconds. He allegedly says "Ma, I love you" but for some reason I cannot seem to find the complete CVR audio.

  • @Comptech224 9:01:57 Lindbergh Tower: "Okay, we'll call the (emergency) equipment for you."

    9:01:58 Unidentified PSA crewmember: "Whoo!"

    9:01:58 [Sound of stall warning]

    9:01:59 Unidentified PSA crewmember: "Bob."

9:02:00 Unidentified PSA crewmembers: "[several deleted words from two crewmembers]"

    9:02:03 Captain McFeron: "Brace yourself."

9:02:04 Unidentified PSA crewmember: "Hey baby..."

9:02:04 Unidentified PSA crewmember: "Ma, I love yah."

    9:02:04.5 [End of recording]

  • @ch4guy4life I know he says that from the transcript, I just can't hear it.

  • @Comptech224 Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you were looking for the transcript that said "Ma, I love yah."

In any case, a very very very sad event. There is quite a lot on the internet about the emotional impact this crash had on the people on the ground, and of course the families of all victims, as well.

And how bizarre that several years later Mexicana collided with a Piper Archer. I have to study that one.

  • @ch4guy4life Well you can see on here on VibraciaX's channel. Anyhow, yeah, don't worry about it, I shouldn't bother looking.

  • psa 182 crashed there was a collision in the air.

  • A few years later the Mexicana collided with a piper prop plane

  • What a disappointing & worthless argument. 4 those that were affected by either tragic, traumatizing experience, that's just insulting. Body parts everywhere visible to all ages, innocents were killed 4 no reason other than pure chance. No matter what the facts r or r not, both disasters were equally painful to those immediately affected!!! I was 5 yrs old & remember seeing the horror & it was in a time way b4 the technology of today where it has become commonplace 4 kids to see.

  • stupid cessna 172 killed everyone!

  • @solomonpilot767 Actually,it´s the other way.

  • @solomonpilot767 u cant say that...cuz.. other ppl would say stupid 182 for crashing 2 cessna >.>

  • @aviationwingnut.. It seems one of the "Air Crash Investigation" shows just very recently did a computer graphic on how these aircraft collided and the 727 essentially ran over the Cessna. By now that may be able to be found here on YT or similar. What a horrific thing to happen to anyone but especially to the kind folks of this once great airline.

  • There was a passenger, the so-called "screaming superman" that struck an automobile on Nile, fifty yards or so from the corner. The person was said to be in a superman flying type position, prone. Missle-like prone. A high pitched scream was heard by a man in his yard and that man was treated for shock. I believe there were several witnesses to this and due to the sheer horror of it, it is or was kept quiet. I read about it a few years ago.

  • Does anyone know what the angle of impact was? When the fuselage broke apart it sprayed passengers in an almost horizontal trajectory, landing against the sides of things.

  • @rick9565 I read the NTSB official report on this accident. Read it at the UCSD Science Library. I even wrote a term paper on it while I was in college about the accident and TCAS. I don't now remember the angles upon impact but, I do know it was right wingtip low and very nose down. Seems as I recall a report or seeing something about a woman on the ground being hit by a passenger or part of one that was shot out like a missile. This was one HORRIBLE mess.

  • In replie to AndyMcArren post there is nothing to be curious about flight 182 crash site and the 911 crashes at the WTC. Its comparing apples to oranges. The boeing 727-200 max takeoff of weight is 209,500 lbs. A older design first flown in the early sixties. The 767 aircraft of the 911 attacks are 20 years newer, much larger and much heavier. 767 max takeoff wieght is 395,000 lbs. The 727 had pre crash damage and hit at a angle. 767's had no pre crash damage. The 767's hit straight on.

  • The crash was covered in the first "Faces Of Death" movie. Very sad.

  • I was a senior at Chula Vista High 2nd period English class. I remember hearing a faint boom at 9:02 and for some reason took note. I drove by the area that Friday. The traffic was heavy due to all other sightseers. A friend and I walked our dogs on that street yesterday looking at the telephone pole and trees which to this day still have scars. We found the building roof seen in that photo of the plane in flames and were able to pinpoint the exact spot where that photographer stood.

  • Thats it baby!

  • The 727 disintegrated on impact.....holy....

  • @AndyMcArren1356 It by no means disintegrated on impact. I was there shortly after it crashed. The wings were tilted way up/down. the low one Just nicked a 6" V into the roof, lawn and concrete sidewalk. Causing the wing to shear, of course, and the plane slammed into the intersection. You can see the groove.. The engines were there, tail in a phone pole, large piece of fuselage near intersection. I find this curious in light of plane wings sliding seamlessly, edges and tips, into the WTC on 911

  • @IExposeMormonism

yeah i thought it disintegrated just by looking at the photos..

  • I remember this day! I was a sophomore at St. Augustine H.S. outside eating chips and a 7UP on class break when we saw the 727 (with its large smile) descending directly toward our school it got so big so quickly I froze, shook and couldn't move. It suddenly fell. We all ran to help (what young courage) but the faculty held us back. Later, I would be stuck at the school watching the body bags go the gym and thieves run to the site. I will always give pause for 9/25 for the rest of my life.

  • I was ten when this happened. I was going to John Adams Ele, sitting in my seat and just looking out the window. Then I saw it, the planes crashing in mid air. I still remember it so well.

  • I cant believe I live 3 minutes(walking) away from the crash site.

  • I was getting ready to go to school that sunny & hot Monday morning of September 25 1978, I was listening to KCBQ AM on the radio about the death of California Angels Lyman Bostock when another radio DJ started to talk about the accident, so I run to turn on the TV to channel 8 KFMB in San Diego and saw the whole shocking scenes!

  • I remember the day this happened. It was a beautiful, clear sunny day. I stayed home from school cuz I didn't feel well. I saw ambulances from Chula Vista flying NB on I-805 toward the crash. It was all over the news. Bodies were all over the freeway. A body strapped to a seat went crashing thru one guys living room wall while he ate breakfast. An entire neighborhood was destroyed! Today, there is a memorial where the plane struck. PSA airlines never recovered.

  • What is all this "at the tone the time will be" nonsense?

  • It's "and the time will be". It was gory and horrific and the NTSB gave the brunt of the fault to the PSA crew, and Cessna a small contributing factor. The PSA hit ground zero at about a 60 degree angle towards the right and the force compacted the PSA to about 17 feet in milliseconds and blew out the left side of the plane, hence the man who flew out of the plane screaming and slammed into a car.

  • The graph showing collision at the end is incorrect. At time of collision both planes were on a 090 heading. The cessna was supposed to be on a 070 heading but strayed off course right into the descending flight 182's flight path. Reason for accident was the inability of the PSA crew to maintain visual separation after confirming visual contact. No fault given to ATC or the cessna 2 man crew. Sad, gorey crash scene. Shown on "Faces of Death" VHS series.

  • I don't know the poster can call this ATC failure.

    The Cessna was off course.

  • I know this is a goofy question, but there is a band named Blink-182 and they're from San Diego. Does the 182 have anything to do with this plane crash?

  • it would be great if all the looney 9-11 conspiracy people would refrain from making comments.

  • The tragedy is still a part of San Diegana. We shortly afterward suffered the McDonalds shooting spree. This brief period of our history is punctuated with tragedy. The impact area, a subdivision-Northpark- is littered with cute Arts&Crafts era houses..however Dwight now has some out of place, '70s esque homes serving as a tragic reminder of what happened on that day. The phone poles and a few trees still bear the tell-tale story of what happened 30 years ago.

  • I live 1 mile south of Dwight/Nile, where on Spt 25, '78 PSA182 went down. The images of video of the aftermath are terrible. I was a cop for years, and havn't experienced something with that degree of carnage. My family lost friends onboard, PSA employees-former USN aviators. Another friend, SDPD scene sup., a Sgt., medically retired from a stress disability after the event. Truly tragic. A indie. doc movie is coming called "Return to Dwight and Nile".

  • its very simple, a 767 going that fast full of fuel will penetrate a wtc. might be a hollow tube but its very durable and heavy, damn some people are fucking stupid!

  • i was on a flight that came in san diego just hrs before . when i saw what happened i thanked god for me & my son then i threw up...

  • I was not there but had to wait for three hours at Sharp Cabrillo to get stitches removed from an accident the prior week. I'll never forget sitting there forever in the waiting room watching channel 4 (yes LA channel) with their reports on it since the planes origination was LA. Once the hospital was informed of no survivors I was finally able to get in. I'll also never forget the Cessna falling through the picture of an unrelated news story of Paul Bloom's that day in the area

  • I was 5 months old when this whole incident went down, we live on the otherside of the 805 near the freeway, My dad seen the whole thing unfold and thought that my grandmother was on that flight...cause she was flying in that same that morning, 31 years later I live on University near the 805 so I am within walking distance of the site, I went to pay my respects on the 30th aniversary last year, it was sad to hear the stories behind the tragedy... man R.I.P to all that died that day

  • I remember this when I was 18. I flew back from Reno to San Diego on PSA the same afternoon after the crash. Saw the wreckage from the airplane as we flew in to Lindberg field. Hardly a word spoken by anyone on the flight.

  • I was about 1 mile south of this accident. I got to it in about 20-30 min. I stood at the intersection. There were engines, wing parts, a piece of tail in a phone pole, etc. The Right wing cut a small V in a roof, lawn and contacted the sidewalk, the wing came apart. I mention this last part because, oddly, at WTC/911 the wings, tail, entire plane melted into the WTC, sheared thru 10 floors of Steel and Concrete and the nose exited the WTC. 1 hr later it collapsed. This plane acted differently

  • The 911 flights were much higher speed. Google Impulse, and "f=ma"

Plus, this pilots would try to NOT crash the plane, and failing that make the impact as "light" as possible.

Ur comaring apples to baseball bats.

  • You need a lesson in reality. The planes wing was ripped off by just the edge touching a roof of a home. It doesn't matter if it was going 350moh or 550mph, the wing is ripped off from a few inches of wing tip touching the roof. That's reality.

  • You need a lesson in physics. Speed of the aircraft, descent rate, pitch, roll and yaw rates at time of impact, ALL can change the result of a crash.

It really DOES matter especially with speed. Its an exponential progression. Double the speed is 4x the force. triple the speed is 9x the force.

Just becayse uou dont understand physics doesnt mean the laws of physics were broken on 911

  • THanks for making my point. If a plane wing tip contacting a roof at 300mph rips off the wing then so is a higher speed of 550mph. now, goodbye, I'll argue this at the absurd Purdue Univ 911/WTC video, not there.

  • LOL, then ur only point is that ur a moron.

Cause thats what I proved here.

  • EdgemanLL2, I see you are still parroting the official story. I'm sure they are paying you well. I can't wait until the draft comes back, so you can go to Afghanistan and get Bin Laden! LOL! Airliners cannot fly 500mph at 800ft AND airliners cannot FLY THROUGH steel framed/concrete buildings. NO PLANES were used on 9/11.

  • ImaFelcher. I see youre continiung to lie for Alqaeda. I hope they pay you well. LOLOL.

Sorry, but psa 1771, and valujet 592 passed 600 and 700 mph passing 800msl. Egypt air even approached the spead of sound with the engines OFF.

See retard, when you descend, you can go faster than the normal ability of the airplane. Its a new invention called Gravity. Its been around for 5 billion years.

    Duh.

  • And EdgemanLL2, I see you still haven't researched ANY of the specs concerning GE turbofan engines. Nope, not you, because you are a TRUE AMERICAN! The type of individual that helps keep the status quo intact. No critical thinking on your part. You just do as your told without questioning why. You're such a good boy. Are they giving you plenty of treats for the tricks you do for them? I sure do hope so. Now be a good boy and go lay down.

  • Ima Felcher, I see you are a MORON who believes blindly everything Dylan Avery told you--because its on the internet, it HAS to be true.

You are a TRUE Alqaeda apologist. A True supporter. A Willfull Alqaeda lawyer in the court of public opinion. They Kind that keeps making recruiting for Alqaeda SOOO Easy.

Ur bullshits been busted 5 years ago. Yet you still peddle it.

Is ur treason to hummanity paid for, or voluntary?

  • EdgemanLL2: I don't trust anyone for the correct information. It's called "research"... I look at the evidence and draw my own conclusions. Unlike you, I question things when they don't make sense. I'm still waiting for you to tell the class all about the specs on GE turbofan engines, too. You should stick with what you know, video games and porn. Leave the critical thinking to the adults. Now be a good boy and go lay down.

  • " I look at the evidence and draw my own conclusions."

LMAO. No you don't. If you did you would never say to yourself "Duhhh. dylan Avery said the engines were wrong! imma too too stupid to check for myself! its on the internet! Its gotta be TRUE!"

  • By the way, why do you assume the only research I've done on 9/11, is watching "Loose Change"? I have over 2500 LOGGED research hours on just 9/11 alone. While Avery does provide solid information, there are things in his documentary I disagree with. However, the bottom line is the same. Our govt was involved in the attacks on 9/11. Now, go on, be a good boy, and go lay down.

  • Oh, no. I would never say LC is Research. Just as I would say the 2500 solid hours you spent jacking off to Alex Jones DVDs isnt research either.

But hey. If you have REALLY done 2500 hours of "research" :::giggle:::" then you should be more than capable of answering the questions I sent you.

    Yet you cant. HAHAHA

And, you should be able to TELL me exactly what happened, each step of rhe way, and give me credible, factual references to support it.

    Once again. Bluff called.

  • Bluff called? This isn't a game of Texas Hold'em. Trying to reason with people like you is impossible. Just the fact that you would compare my research to jacking off, proves my point. By the way, you'll never please your daddy, he'll always think you're a loser. Why? Because of the choices you make. Now, be a good boy, and go lay down.

  • Once again, ImaFelcher pusses out.

So much for the LIE of the 2500 hours of research.

::flips up collar::: Another sucessful debunking!

  • Another successful debunking? But you're right and you were right all along. My eyes have been opened. Because of your tireless efforts, and the extensive amount of evidence you have uncovered and shown to me, I think Osama Bin Ladin and 19 Arab hijackers pulled off the biggest attack in US history. And to think I was being unpatriotic by even suggesting our govt or military could have played a part in it. Shame on me. And thank you EdgemanLL2 for helping me see the errors of my ways.

  • So, Still nothing?

Hey. Ever hear of Omar Hammami? I think he was a fan of you kooks. lol

  • Guess thats a no. Go figure. =]

  • "Unlike you, I question things when they don't make sense. "

Unlike Me, you see the world ass-backwards. 180 degrees out.

I am the ONE who does question. Unlike you, I have the balls to accept the answers. Even when they dont fit what you hoped was true.

You question NOTHING ur told, as long as it fits your agenda.

If you REALLY questioned things that dont make sense, youd NEVER in a MILLLION YEARS give two seconds to the kookspiracy theories.

  • Imafelcher "I question things when they dont make sense...'

Bluff called bitch. because for every little thing that doesnt make sense (to you) about 911, there are HUGE grand-canyon sized holes in the kookspiracy.

So, Ill PM you some questions. If you can CREDIBLE explain away ALL the flaws in the kookspiracy, represented by those questions, THEN you can claim you question things that dont make sense.

  • EdgemanLL2: "Bluff called bitch"... hehehe... is that the best you have? Resulting to name calling just proves to the class how ignorant you are. Leave the critical thinking to those that can and do. Go back to doing what you do best, video games and porn. Now, be a good boy, and go lay down.

  • "Edgemanll2 "Bluff called bitch"....hehehe....is this the best you have?"

Not nearly. But apparently I dont need any better than this, since you :::cue the grand canyon reverb::: EPIC FAILED!

:::points and laughs, with reverb:::: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

  • Sorry to interject and get the pot stirred back up but how is it that something traveling that fast that weighs 250,000 + Lbs NOT go through a concrete building?

If a martial arts expert can put his fist, or forehead, through concrete block...

I don't trust government, but I cannot see them deliberately doing something like this - doesn't make sense. On the other hand there have been Muslims burning American flags an effigies of our leaders for YEARS...

    2+2 = 4 in my book...

  • A commerical airliner, though heavy, is not a solid mass. It is a hollow, aluminum TUBE. Therefore, it would be impossible for essentially a flying beercan to penetrate steel and concrete. What happens when you fire a bullet into a steel plate? Does it penetrate? No. And another thing, a fully loaded 767 CANNOT fly at 500mph at sea level because of a little thing called air density. You say you don't trust the govt. Why would you trust them about 9/11?

  • Well certainly a jet wouldn't be like a bullet, but a building wouldn't be like a steel plate either. Additionally, a jet also is NOT a beer can.

You can roll up paper and if you use it as a jabbing instrument it is incredibly rigid. Likewise, the design of a metal tube gives it rigidity (see sign post), especially if the front end is tapered to a point.

If a car going 30 to 50 mph can destroy a brick wall, a 250,000 Lb jet going 300 mph surely can go INTO a concrete building. Right?

  • If you roll up paper, it has MASS. An aluminum, hollow tube is NOT mass. The official story states that UAL 175 was going 560 mph, not 300mph. If you get behind the wheel of a dragster and you drive it into the side of a steel framed/concrete building at 300mph, tell me, how far THROUGH the building do you travel?

  • Well I don't know about a dragster but I know a regular car going 30 mph can go through a brick wall.

Get this - you are saying that...

A TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND - PLUS - POUND TUBE WITH A POINTED END, GOING FAST ENOUGH TO FLY, CAN'T FLY INTO A CONCRETE BUILDING!!!

    HELLOOOOOOOO!!!

  • Hello? A brick wall and a steel framed concrete building are two different things. And a "pointed end" has nothing to do with it. The nose cone of an airliner is very fragile. In fact, a BIRD strike can do excessive damage to this area of the plane. A brick wall is not reinforced, a steel framed/concrete building is. I say again, if you drive a dragster at full speed into the side of a steel framed/concrete building, how far THROUGH the building will you travel?

  • Okay, I can see where this isn't going... you win...

    Bye bye...

  • "And a "pointed end" has nothing to do with it."

Looks like someone was absent they day they taught physics in physics class. "pointy" end does matter because it changes the area over which the force is applied.

Example. take a hunting knife, and it stabs pretty easily into a person. But use the same force and try to push the handle in, or press the broad side of the blade into something and you cant do it. Because the force is spread out over a larger area, therefore less force...

  • cont..applied to any one place.

while its true that the radome is usually some type of fiberglass and relatively fragile, right behind the radar is the fwd bulkhead of the airplane. THAT is not fragile. Sure the radome will be destroyed on impact, but there is still the fwn bulkhead and the 200klbs of aircraft behind it with pushing forward. Roug hnumbers it comes out to about 140 THOUSAND newtons psi applied to the hollow box cols.

No chance the cols hold up to that.

  • "An aluminum, hollow tube is NOT mass."

according to any definition in any physics class from 8th grade on up it is. mass and matter are interchangeable terms in this case. a 200k lb airplane is 200lb of mass.

physics refutes kooks every time. =]

  • ho ho ho are you fucking stupid or what, you talk about air density and the impossibility of "beer cans" penetrating buildings, but you ignore some important things called mass and inertia, and a 767 at nearly 400,000lbs has literally fucking hundreds of thousands tons of both when it's flying at 300 knots and slams into a building

  • itsumonihon:

No, I am not stupid. I have six years experience working on jet aircraft. An airliner, although heavy, is not a solid mass. It is a hollow tube, made of aluminum. Simple crash physics and Newton's Third Law trump the official story. I say again, a fully loaded 767 CANNOT fly at 800 ft @ 500mph because of air density and aluminum CANNOT slice through a steel framed/concrete building. No planes were used on 9/11.

  • why do you keep saying 500mph? if you have 6 years of experience working on jet aircraft it must be as a janitor. you don't seem to understand anything about flight. do you think that just because the outer skin of a jetliner is thin aluminum, the objects inside it (and the engines) are suddenly deprived of all momentum and mass? i think you are deprived of brain power. throw an empty beer can at a window. it'll bounce off. now fill the can with a few pounds of rocks and try again. understand?

  • I say 500mph because that's how fast the "official story" states the aircraft was going. I have personally worked on two different aircraft airframes & powerplants. I have seen an aircraft being assembled. It has weight, but very little mass as the fuselage, wings and tail sections are all hollow, although the engines and landing gear do have mass. Simple crash physics and Newton's Third Law will tell you that what we all saw on "live tv", airliners flying through buildings, is impossible.

  • holy shit you are dumb.

  • itsumonihon, you wrote:

    "holy shit you are dumb"

    Really? That's all you've got?

  • "Simple crash physics and Newton's Third Law trump the official story"

LMAO. Im sorry, but just because you dont understand physics doesnt mean the physics was violated that day.

Pray tell, how does the official story violate "equal and opposite reaction?"

    Cant WAIT to hear this!!!!!

  • EdgemanLL2:

My hopes and dreams have been shattered. I was so hoping that you'd get your H1N1 vaccine and die a horrible death. But since you are still among the living, which I sincerely hope won't be too much longer, I will explain to you why no planes hit the towers. Newton's Third Law OMITTED on 9/11. Pay close attention to my next two comments.

  • "I will explain to you why no planes hit the towers. Newton's Third Law OMITTED on 9/11."

Just because you are way too ignorant to understand newtons laws of motion does not mean they were omitted or violated that day.

Pay close attention to my destruction of your next two comments. =]

  • In the case of the anomalous entry of flight 175 into WTC 2, you are saying that the force of the 767 allowed it to enter the building. But, you are forgetting about acceleration. In this case, the acceleration part of 'Force equals Mass times Acceleration' is really negative, that is, it is opposed to the speed of the 767, meaning the plane must decelerate as it makes contact with the building to release any energy.

  • "But, you are forgetting about acceleration. In this case, the acceleration part of 'Force equals Mass times Acceleration' is really negative,"

But you are forgetting that youre a moron. Unaware what the laws of motion actually ARE, you confuse the 2 with the 3.

However, anyone who has taken 1 day of HS algebra knows that (when presented with f=ma) as "a" increases force increases. It's not a negative. Faster the plane goes, F increases. Not a negative.

  • When the 767 hits the building its mass must decelerate to equal the force applied to the building. But, it doesn't decelerate, It just melds into the building, meaning that no force is applied, therefore, what we are seeing in the videos must be fake. The plane passes into the building at the same speed that it flies through thin air. According to video, the plane enters the building without using any force. Impossible!!!!!!

  • "When the 767 hits the building its mass must decelerate to equal the force applied to the building"

False. Newtons 3rd says only that if the plane impacts with 25x10^6 newtons of force, then both the buildind and the airplane suffer damage based on 25x10^6 newtons of force. THAT is the equal and opposite reaction.

Further, I can throw a baseball through a window. It is not a force applied to the building. its a force applied to the window.

The question then becomes if the window is

  • cont--structurally strong enough to resist the baseball. more slowly the baseball is thrown, the more likely the window resists it--and the ball bounces off. Faster the baseball is thrown the higher the force applied to the window.

In the case of flight 175, the forward fuselage impacts approx 5 box cols. Which is approx 2 of the panels you see here.

    yowusa*com/war/2006/war-2006-02a/wtc_steelbeams*jpg

So the decelleration is calc'd by the resistance of those 2 panels against impact

  • "The plane passes into the building at the same speed that it flies through thin air. "

Actually false. There is a slight decelleration, obviously. But just as a bullet decellerates when it passes through a window, (slightly and inpercetably)its a minute, undescernable decelleration because the resistance to the window is practically nothing compared to the impact.

Just as with 911. The 5-6 box cols have about 1/1millionth the strength to resist the impact. So while they do slow the...

  • cont--plane, they do so in proportion to the resistance compared to the force. Since the cols have about 0.000001 of the strength required to withstand the impact, they will decellerate the plane by 0.000001 of its total speed at impact.

In summary, youre a clueless uneducated moron who just parrots things you heard other people say, with no understanding what they really mean.

Just because you have no idea what youre talking about with physics is NOT proof physics was violated. lolol

  • Uh-huh. blah blah blah. You are using bullets and baseballs for an example. Both have mass. An airliner is a hollow, aluminum tube. Honestly, I could give two shits about you or your weak comparisons. Believe what you want and I'll do the same. I'm done.

  • Oh, and one more thing.... if your dick was as big as your mouth, maybe you'd have a real date tonight, instead of having to inflate one. Just saying....

  • Lmao--this from the dateless loser who posts on Friday and sat nights ever week. LOLOL

  • "You are using bullets and baseballs for an example. Both have mass. An airliner is a hollow, aluminum tube."

LOL, yeah? But physics is a constant, idiot. There isnt "baseball physics" and "hollow tube" physics.

From your completely retarded comments, its clear you have no concept of physics. "Forces is negative if the plane goes faster! Duhhhh!"

    THATS a keeper. LOLOL.

In fact there was NO omission of the 3rd NLM. Just because you dont understand physics doesnt mean it was omitted.

  • "Believe what you want and I'll do the same."

Well, for the first time you are at least HALF right for something.

    You believe what you WANT.

    I believe the FACTS.

    "I'm done."

LOLOL, You never even STARTED twinkie.

  • @lmfecher If no planes were used on 9/11, could you please explain that to the mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, and children of those who were on the planes? I think they'd like to know. Idiot.

  • @lmfecher what is a "commerical" airliner? And how would you explain to the 9/11 families that they didn't exist? I think you are the "fucktard."

  • @pete5668

Seriously shit stain, you don't know what a commerical airliner is? REALLY? And you're too goddamn lazy to look it up, too! For your information fucktard, commerical airliners carry passengers from point A to point B. For example, a 767 is a commerical airliner. I shit turds that have more aircraft knowledge than you have. And stop your fucking whining about the 9/11 families. Their loved ones are still dead and they deserve to know what really happened that day. Fuck off.

  • @lmfecher I think you mean a "commercial" airliner, as there is no such thing as a "commerical" anything. you are a foul mouthed idiot who is very insensitive toward the families of the attack victims. They already know what happened that day and don't need you to tell them some other idiotic story.

  • @lmfecher so where are the passengers? idiot. and don't tell me they're in some underground base.

  • @surgeaholic

Are you sure about the passengers, Skippy? Google "9/11 victims list" and pick a name off that list. Now type that name into the Social Security Death Index and see if the "victim" shows up as dying on 9/11. I did this myself and guess what I found? Of the nearly 3,000 people on that list only 127 show up as dying on 9/11.

The videos were faked and so were MOST of the "victims". We were SCAMMED, Skippy.

  • @lmfecher You are an idiot. It took months if not years to identify many of the victims of 9/11. The buildings they were buried in at NYC burned for weeks.

  • @DEP717

Obviously you did NOT do the comparison yourself. The first time I compared the names, I didn't include the first responders or the passengers. After including those "victims" I have come up with a grand total of 324 ACTUAL 9/11 deaths according to the Social Security Death Index. Yet we were told that 3,000 people died that day. That's quite a big discrepancy there Skippy. Care to explain that to the class?

  • @lmfecher The explanation is that you are a loon. I live in New Jersey. My stock broker lost friends in the WTC.

  • @DEP717

I wish I had a dollar for every fucktard who "knows somebody" whos friend or family member died on 9/11. I'd be Oprah rich. It reminds me of all the baby boomers who claim they were at Woodstock. If that was really the case, attendance at Woodstock back in '69 would have been 10-15 million people.

But you'd rather just be one of those brain dead fucktards who REFUSE to do the research themselves. You didn't compare any names, did you Skippy? It's easier to remain ignorant.

  • @lmfecher Um, you'd be very rich, because there are a lot of them, moron. Thousands of people were murdered. They all had families and people who knew them. It is about more than you jerking off on the internet for personal attention because your mommy and daddy didn' give you enough attention as a child.

Did your mom tie a steak around your neck when you were a kid so the dog would play with you? Being an asshole to people seems to be the only way you can get attention. Poor you.

  • @DEP717

    "Thousands of people were murdered"...

Really, shit stain? If 3,000 people were "murdered" in the 9/11 "attacks" why do only 324 of the "victims" show up on the Social Security Death Index as dying on 9/11?

  • "A commerical airliner, though heavy, is not a solid mass."

Well, its a much more solid mass than the WTC which was 95% open space. Further a plane is not a hollow beer can. 70% of the mass being the lower 2/3 of the fuselage.

Plus, the ext walls of the WTC were 14 inch hollow box cols, spaced (I think it was) 40 inches apart. Meaning when the fuselage slams into that wall at 500+ mph thats about 25 million newtons of force slamming into 4-5 hollow box cols.

  • So, yes, it penetrates easily since there is no way in hell 5 hollow box cols is going to resist 25 million newtons of force.

And another thing, the planes on 911 were NOT fully loaded. Further, while it is true that you can not take off, level off at 800 feet and accelerate to 500 mph.

But (as the case one 911) youre over 20k feet, you max the throttles and dive down, you carry a lot of extra speed that you wouldnt get in level flight.

  • For example, psa 1771 and VJ 592 (while unintentional) crashed at over 700 and 600 mph respectively. Even Egypt Air 990 was reported to be near the speed of sound just before crashing. And that was with the engines off.

Hey, BTW, did you know the Balloon Boy dad was a 911 kook too?

you must be VERY proud! HAHAHAHA

  • I was on my way to Balboa Hospital on the 805 with my daughter when this happened. Somebody next to me was honking and pointed up and then I saw the plane headed to the ground. I was probably a mile or so from the area it hit. My sister lived about 1/2 mile from the area at the time. When I went into Balboa to find the clinic for my daughter they said they were on alert for victims...I knew nobody was probably alive. I still hate flying into SD...

  • gatesofpearl.... you're a moron

  • I was 7 years old when this happened. It's one of the few things I remember from the 70s. The reporting of this on the news scared me so much.

  • I was 12 years old at Lewis Jr. high in Allied Gardens and saw the plume of smoke from the gym area. Found out later when I went home what had happened. That image has been burned in my mind since that day. I finally saw a picture a month ago of that smoke rising on the web, and it was truly a back in time moment. I saved the newspaper for many years. I may still have it in some box somewhere. I fly alot, and think about this crash when I'm going over 805 freeway coming in for landings.

  • I was there as well, me(walter) and my buddy daniel watched along with most of the students that were outside at the time. It looked like a bad fireworks display until the plane banked, and you tell without a doubt that it was a commercial plane.

  • I love airplanes and remember that when this happened I inmediately recalled the movie that I had seen years before AIRPORT 1975, where this 747 is hit by a small airplane and tragedy evolves but to a happy landing. Unfortunately, this time in real life it didn't go that way!

  • huanting.

  • It was a sunny hot clear day in the morning of September 25th 1978, I remember watching the first crash scenes at channel 8 KFMB in San Diego!!

  • why is there the "popcorn" time lady speaking the whole time? maybe her interference on that frequency was the real culprit for the crash

  • GRIN. Neither 1 hears the "time lady" speak. It's not heard in Normal transmissions, between flight crew & the tower. It's heard on the tower tape (if investigators choose to incorporate the time stamp), I believe. It's used to find the exact moment something occurs or is said, giving an idea of when/where something went wrong. Anyway, neither side can hear it during actual transmission, while listening to conversaton. I understand what you're saying though. it's a little hard to hear here.

  • the 727 impacted with the cessna on the front right wing not the rear. The picture shows the rear. The first picture in the video clearly shows the 727 missing a large chink from the leading edge of the wing. This would have caused a stall on that win

  • 25th of September, 1978. Good video, that gives a decent overview of the incident. Thought it may be helpful to mention that in the very end of the clip, where it shows the direction of flight that both aircraft were pursuing (00:47 to finish)... it should never be misconstrued that the 172 ran into the 727. In actuality (and the 'NTSB Reporter' amongst other leading sources confirms this) the 727 OVERTOOK the 172 as it descended on final to San Diego - International Lindbergh Field (SAN KSAN).

  • To me this is the day the lying liberal media got it's start. They don't report the 'news' anymore; they give opinion. "60 Minutes" ran a story the next week showing private planes like little bees buzzing around commercial planes. ... and causing crashes. Truth from the NTSB? PSA's fault. They were told of the traffic (the Cessna had the ROW); but didn't 'see and avoid'.

  • There were dissenting statements in the NTSB report, and they later revised it; also listing the the ATC System as probable cause for the accident. It should also be noted that if that Cessna pilots hadn't veered from their assigned course given to them by ATC without notifying them beforehand, so they could inform 182, it wouldn't have happened. So a lot of people fucked up, and the PSA pilots aren't solely to blame. If you read pages 39-41 of the NTSB report, you can read all about it.

  • I agree with this poster. I was part of the investigation team, and there were several factors to blame. Yes, the fact that small aircraft, and training flights were allowed to mix with commercial aviation was part of it. "liberal media"? Give me a break!

  • LOL..."The Lying Liberal Media!"

You wingnuts never miss a chance, do ya??

  • Dude, this is not the right video or the right subject matter for posting these kinds of comments. A little respect would be in order, no?

  • This is PSA 182 that got hit by a Cessna. Aeromexico 498 got hit by a Piper that tore off the vertical stabilizer.

  • Sorry, your wrong. This IS PSA 182. You must be thinking of that "Seconds From Disaster" show on National Geographic

  • Correct.

  • THIS IS PSA 182 (S.D. 09-25-1978) Not Aeromexico (Cerritos, CA 1986)

  • 09-25-1978 IS A DATE THAT WILL ALWAYS BE ETCHED IN MY MEMORY. I was 11 years old in elementary school north of SD and I remembere seeing the smoke in the sky that morning. We were let out of school early that day. I will never forget coming home watching ch. 8 and seeing what happened. Even though 30 years has passed, it is still very fresh in my memory.

  • your wrong. the photo was shown on newspapers then.

  • You are wrong, this is definitely PSA 182!

  • 30 years ago today this tragic event happened. I was 7 years old watching the news with my parents not understanding what was happening. May forever they rest in peace.

  • May they all rest in peace,I saw the smoke.

  • RIP.

  • I live less than a mile from the crash site. Went down today and just stood there. RIP.

  • Hey all. Today is the 30th anniversary of this tragedy. Mabye we should all say something nice on here for a change. 09/25/1978. A day that is stuck in my memory right up there with 9/11

  • I was about 11 years old at the time, and I was home and cought this on the news.

what struck me the most was how horrified the news reporter was. The video they started with was raw unedited, and they showed body parts, and reports of black kids stealing rings and watches from the dead bodies. It was a sickening scene.

  • Yeah i remember that it was my first day as a boxboy at VONS grocery store on rosecrans dr. I went out to get a run of carts and the ground shook and then the sound of the boom and the black ploom of smoke over hillcrest . What a mess there where bodys in trees and stroon over six blocks . just a big mess

  • PSA was a great regional airline..I can remember as a child seeing tons of their 727's, and later DC-9 (super 80 series) jets flying out of SFO...Two of their worst crashes were due to hitting a plane in mid air(this one) and the former employee that brought down one over San Luis Obispo County in the late 80's

  • ok, sure, sounds like "time and temp". but what is it doing on a CVR?

  • yes i seen faces of death part one and,it shows all the human remain!

  • Has anybody seen the 1st Faces of Death?
