There is no way that an actual Illuminati video would begin by bragging about the Federal Reserve in such a way, highlighting it in a particularly unfavourable light. There are tons of things they could have said to legitimize (in their minds) the Fed.

The vocabulary is also highly suspicious. They would not use words like "new world order" in that context, nor would they say "military/industrial complex".

In short, it looks like a hoax.
