So I just watched Kitana's ending from Deadly Alliance where they held a ceremony to bury/cremate Goro who had apparently died during or before the events of Deadly Alliance where Raiden states that Goro was a good friend of Kitana before he passed away.

@Arzaker Best answer I can give you is that he wanted Shao Kahn's favor so badly... because it would mean a better place for his people.

With Kitana, I believe he was on peaceful terms with the Centaurs, though it seems his racism against them never stopped, and thus it felt Shao Kahn, the more powerful of the two, would be the better choice.

Though it sadly means he has little or no respect towards past friends like Kitana if they have no use for him.

Khan are available only for Nintendo Game Cube(Someone told me here another day...), not PS2 or X-Box...the delay on the release of "MK: Deception" for the Nintendo console at the time, seems to have been richly compensated with the inclusion of these two characters...that's the second of my favorite games that I notice to be better cared for Nintendo than for the fucking shit Sony Playstation 2 that I bought long time ago...if I knew at the time, sure I'd think about Nintendo
