  • The video also does not address the fact that most people "under-eat". It's highly unlikely that the average 180lb woman who exercises regularly is eating 85% of 2600 cal (2200 approx), because most ppl think they need to eat less to lose weight. This is why they can't raise their metabolism high enough to burn fat. So, many ppl need to eat more, turning the cal "deficit" into a cal increase. But not only that, you must also eat the right percentage of carbs, fats, and proteins.

  • This video is a good place to "start" but it does not address some key components - like how much additional protein consumption is needed in order to maintain muscle mass and prevent catabolism. Otherwise, as silent9173 mentioned, you sacrifice hard earned muscle gain for low body fat. And the truth is, not everyone can strike that delicate balance to not only have a six-pack, but a muscular body. And lastly, it's not cheap. Healthy eating costs money.

  • @revolver3838 i know your comment is 3 months old but fyi, body builders before a photoshoot deplete themselves of carbs for 3-4 days then load up on them, one of the acids then rushes to their muscles and makes them look even more ripped for 24-36 hours. + photoshop/airbrush is huge

  • @ExtremeVancouver nice 1 chief, in truth i did have a 6 pack in the army, a fuckin great 1, and the only way i got it was weight loss simple as that honestly, every day i made sure i was burnin more than i ate and in about 3 months i got it. when i left the army i started eating shit and what do ya know it went lol. 1 more thing i learnt was that i actually think my body prefers to hold some weight, as crazy as that sounds, i always end up settling at around 14 stone when i start eating normal.

    i weight 170, and have 14.2% body fat(according to this tool that you hold up in the air by putting in yourr height, age & weight)

    what would my BMR be?? and my TDEE, is 1.55 =]

  • Ill do the tbf test and get 8% i am about 50 pounds overweight im just not lazy. So that doesnt really not help me.
