I don't support Republicans and Democrats because of all the bickering but this video was pretty funny...even though it is a clear misinterpretation of the Republican party. The part where George Bush Jr. has a little remote which he presses to raise gas prices...that was pretty funny (I hope some of you know it's just in good fun and that oil prices fluctuate based on global demand).

Hmm yea, right, gas prices are set by "global demand." They're set by the market, and speculation and market forces play a much bigger role. Demand is ONE aspect, but greed and the "market," of which most people are but sheep, drive the price.
When you put oilmen in charge of the party, this IS a good representation of the party - at least the way it's become, not the way it used to be.

Actually gas prices are set by speculation of prices, suppliers hold gas until prices increase then they sell the gas at a high price with a mark up tacked on to make a large profit. Gas prices have fallen now (atleast where I am) to $1.99 because high prices made people reluctant to buy gas and/or drive so as demand dropped lowering the equllibrium of supply and demand. making the ideal price to ideal amount of product lower.
