Kermit used to be preformed by Jim Henson and Jim did Ernie from Sesame Street. Now Kermit is performed by Steve Whitmire and he also preformes Ernie now. And Fozzie (The Bear) was preformed by Frank Oz (who's still alive) did Bert as well. Now Eric Jacobson does Fozzie Bear and Bert. Hope this answers your quote dude or dudet.
