I really do like this mixer. It has good effects. Good sound quality.. 3 line outs (record, booth and master) one digital out... and the matrix input is pretty convenient... The fader is not that great for scratching and Im not even a scratch d.j. But I could always buy a better one if I really wanted...

i got dn-x 120, and i'm thinkin' of keeping it since i'm gonna do scratching and then just buy a efx 500 if i'm mixing house and something else.  what do you think? you only paid 800 for that? wow, thats a great deal, i looked at the price of that mixer and cost more than 1200

Thanks. Yes I am using SSL1 and it does not have any effects :0( The effects are from my mixer Denon DN-X1500.

This mixer goes for about $800.00 But since your thinking of getting turntables for "scratching" you probably should get a smaller mixer 10" / Battle style that has efx... I had a efx 500 and it was great but I sold it once I got this mixer...
