Stepping out of the downward spiral of such controlling forces are almost like it is this that is our destiny. We are a peoples of the world that have done our best to work with the controlling elite. We've faithfully supported our families and our religions. Now, it is the word amen that needs a closer look into. Amen means "the hidden one". Amun, the god of chaos & bloodshed. Divisions within religions & war torn lands now make more sense with "the hidden one". Oh woe is me is not for me!

I can still recall my high school days sitting throught my American History class in a daze,while my teacher stood there in front of her class trying to tell/teach her pupils about their forefathers and all the freedom they wanted for the future of this country and the generations to come to pass ; Then her lesson would be broken by the bored kid in the back of the class with the lazy uncaring question " when will I ever need this?" this class sucks!

I like these types of poems because they go to the heart of the matter and don't beat around the Bush to get there. Some people are content to listen to lies-we must keep searching for what is real and honest and demand honesty from all of our institutions,- no matter whether they say they are helping the poor or the speculators-which seems to be the new trend-a trend we don't need and shouldn't want!
