Yup, this is the work of Dr. Dre! I can tell for sure because the bass sounds like "Big Egos" from Chronic 2001. most notably tho, BEAUTIFUL ORCHESTRA!

WOW!! I remember seeing this on Later, and being totally blown away by it. Beautiful music from Bacharach, as ever, but I'd never heard Rufus before...what a voice!! Thanks for the memories....
