i feel this is not insanity, usually they would blow up all ur shields just by poking ur head a bit and here you tank a couple of seconds without losing half your shield lol.

Infiltrator is my prefered class but in Insanity some missions can be a pain in the ass. I.E. The mission when you recruited Grunt. For the love of god, those freaking regenerative bastard grunts... I finished some days ago, but I can hardly sit still.

In ME1 I played as vanguard. ME2 only vanguard and sentinel. I deleted those careers and started with an imported Shepard and did a soldier and infiltrator. The best classes to play as imo.

Doesn't look too hard even on Insanity. But then again, this early into the game so, maybe later it gets harder?

I finished it on hardcore and that wasn't all that difficult. But then again, Sentinel with Tech armor and Reave as a bonus power was pretty easy, specially after I got both to rank 4.

I love how people are saying it isn't Insanity, when really, Infiltrator's are that strong. If your good at headshots and use the right ammo, Infiltrator's destroy.

lol instead of infiltrator class why don't you play Vanguard class it also has sniper option... and the shield heal way quicker than other classes...oh and 1 more thing Vanguard class kill enemy in a blink of a eye LOL ( best class ever )

But still, charging with an inferno ammo loaded scimitar or an evis is hell of a fun) BTW am I the only 1 that HATES the Claymore? i mean an only 1 shot-per-load shotgun with the barrel larger than a car tunnel is supposed to kill with 1 point-blank shot but it NEVER does with me playing vanguard, WTF???

Ah infiltrators are beast. You know even on insanity prob - you can should the blood pack pyro tanks - next to the head and wait a sec for an explosion. Neat trick.

deja vu this is what i was doing today!! btw for all xbox players there is a glitch for the powers. get 10 squad points (lv 6 shepard lv 7 others) fill one bar up to lv 3 then press a and x at the same time. this will open the evolution stage select 1. you should now have full branch and the ten points. takes a few tries but if you do it right you get a full set of powers early in the game :)

Or Vet because on Insane i find it hard to kill armor mobs, esp those with shield and barrier. They just reg to fast even with the hp deg shots

this is an excellent example of how to play Infiltrator. You are managing all your skills and timings very well. Using alternate means of damage to conserve ammo. An infiltrator with good squad placement to draw fire and ability to get in very close and down a mob with its stealth ability is very powerful. Of course the Widowmaker helps for those really tough bosses too =) There is nothing more fun in ME2 then a well placed headshot =)

I'm experimenting with different classes on how to achieve the insanity achievement, it's the only damn one I need now!

I tend to use my powers MUCH more than my weapons, so I play as the Adept, I need to adapt to more combat oriented classes - this video helped, thanks.

The Infiltrator is surely my favorite. Maxed out operative(agent, for power recharge) ,warp ammo(heavy) ,disputor ammo(heavy) ,cloak(assassination) also damage giving armory and the enemy fall like flies. Did my insane run with this class, truly recommended.

Very good, Warp ammo go great for this class since you can tear Biotics apart with a Sniper Rfile with warp ammo

Due to the lack of ammo, I started not bothering to use my Heavy Pistol and heavy weapons at all. I was an adept however, so it was just flying people around and sending them into walls.

Starting again with a Setinal, as subzero died in my last one. Hated the bitch but I want a perfect game :(

I finished ME2 two times (Sentinel and Soldier) and second time was on insanity. I must say that AP ammo is great. Warp is also good but imo tungsten is best. Why? Coz almost everything has armor and health, and even when someone has shields instead of armor, u can quickly kill it with Geth pulse rfle (additional dmg to shields), change ammo to disruptor or use overload from one of your teammates.

The rest of ammo types are rather useless on insanity (however theyre nice on lower difficulties).

Yea its fun, it has a great use against any enemy (Warp and Overload) and great defenses (Tech armor). However i didnt play it on insanity (i played it on veteran- rather easy), and because of lack of assault and sniper rifle it can be quite hard (i killed a lot of enemies with my widow).

However ppl say its a great class for insanity (along with soldier and infiltrator), so i believe them. I guess spamming warp is the way :) Just upgrade smg and get as a bonus tungsten or warp ammo.

@DragonElf01 its kinda boring; spam warp to get defences down, then spray innacurately for what seems like an eternity with your smg.

You will likely survive most fights though, if you level up tech armour asap.

Vanguard is difficult, but with skills becomes the funnest class.

It's pretty early on so I didn't have much. Rank 2 Incinerate, Rank 1 Operative, Rank 2 disruptor ammo, Rank 1 cryo ammo. If I recall correctly.

I find Cryo ammo useful on melee stuff, but you only need rank 2 at most. Disruptor ammo rank 3 gives you the added Overheat weapons. And yeah I went back to Warp Ammo Bonus skill shortly after this. Was just testing some other skills.

@GamerzMedia Cloak duration starts out at 5 seconds, and goes up to 6. It can potentially be 8 if you evolve it at Rank 4 into Enhanced Cloak.

Bioware was trying to appeal to little kids with the vorcha. It is such a stereotypical bad guy. I am so glad this is the only mission you have to fight a lot of them because they take away from the epic atmosphere of the game.
