Well, technically, 'la la la', but there is no 'l' in romaji. But Japanese people don't only use romaji - in fact, they almost never do, as they have no need to! They use kana or kanji, or just use Western characters *as is*.

Hence, the band supercell, who performed this song, is written 'supercell' in Japanese, not 'suupaaseru' or 「スーパーセル」; the artist ryo, who wrote this song, is 'ryo', not 「リョ」, 「りょ」 or written in kanji.

But unlike R, which is a native Japanese consonant, L is a foreign borrowing.
