He used FL Studio Demo version. Each song took roughly half an hour of work, I'd guess. I think he had PLENTY of time.

Well it's on DDR as well. And somewhere I found that Soulja Boy liked anime (trufax!), so the majority of anime fans will have played DDR.

Majority of anime fans have played DDR. [I have. =P] but its not as addicting as drummania/guitarfreaks. [My opinion]

well, considering artists on ddr tend to use a lot of samples and public material, who knows if souljaboy found the beat on some disk or somewhere and decided to use it.

I mean look at the song BattleBreaks, song is nothing but samples, and you could hear all the parts of that song used everywhere so its probably a similar case.

@BetterJS No, Des-Row is an actual band that created all the music to this. Granted the band itself was created by Konami, and they probably had some sound direction for this, and perhaps the rhythm was inspired by a different song somewhere, but this is definitely not a mix of samples.

lol, yea, I know this. However, in this particular version, there is a repeating guitar riff that is in all likeliness a sample (homemade, probably), as well as some synthesizer (which is to be expected with a song that will be on pop'n, gives you some keys to press) If you look up the live version, found here on youtube, you'll hear what I mean. So, maybe the synth parts or the guitar sample are similar?

Whatever, I never heard the resemblance between the two, so does it matter? No. :D
