Aside from the gimmick of eating out of mini urinals and toilets, I wonder if the point of this is to challenge you to get past the preconceived notions you have based on how food looks.

It's a lot like Molecular Gastronomy in a way. Turn off your eyes, and just eat the food. We can't afford to eat with our eyes anymore - and maybe that's the point. We need to learn to eat with no boundaries.

On the other hand, I wonder if it's a social commentary that the world eats shit all of the time (processed, boxed, canned, fast food) and doesn't think twice about it. That's food that should be served in a toilet. Here's something healthy and good, deserving of better, but not getting it.
