there was actually a Starbucks opened in Tel Aviv but it wasn't a success (probably because Tel Aviv is full of very good coffee houses, and probably because Israelies prefer their coffee less sweet than Starbucks ) and so they closed it..
I think Amman is a nice city; at least west amman but if Jordan wants to become an economically independent country, it has to invest in the private sector and establish its own companies. FYI, starbucks is owned by a Zionist; so every time you buy a cappuccino from starbucks, you are funding their operations.
lol. Jordan: an extension of corporate America. Is there anything in Jordan that is non-American. I've been to Jordan many times and all I see are American companies: McDonald, BK, Chilis, dominos, pizza hut, starbucks, etc.
