If this rule was to drop, the defensive player would take their chance and drive the QB to hell, DEs like Haloti Ngata. and Julio Peppo (Julius Peppers) or linebackers like James Harrison, Clay Matthews, and Demarcus Ware (although he's not really a mean defensive player, but still tough)
