Teams are separated into divisions based on their skill to work as a team and their own individual skill. Some leagues, like oz fortress in Australia (where i play) Have 4 divisions, with 1 being the best. However, a large continent has 6 divisions + a premier division. Personally, im not sure how good the 5th and 6th divisions are in Europe but i imagine it isnt far above pub level. Im not too sure with North america either, i think they may have division 1a and 1b so on.

SORRY for a late reply :) It depends were you live, but just jump onto your continent's/country's Comp website. If you live in NA i think there is ESEA and maybe something else, In Europe go to ETF2, in Asian its Asiafortress and Australia it's ozfortress and now the new ATF2L. Jump on any of these sites and get your self known on the forums, try and research how to join pugs in your country. TF2 lobby is good as you can easily play with people your skill level.

Just downloaded the 60fps version in the description. It is SO much more awesome than the youtube version. Trust me and just download it. Though that sepia freeze effect at 4:47 and 5:26 makes VLC glitch up a bit (almost as if it's just taken a bunch of rockets to the face and needs to take a quick breather). I know perfectly well of Exfane's crazy high standing in the EU TF2 community and I have so much respect for him after watching this vid (and especially the 60fps download version). I know how 6v6 matches work and that he's playing Premier division, and how intense all of those match-ups can be. It just seemed like a strange and unique choice on his part, so I came up with a joke (and obviously wrong) explanation for it.
